Convenient Location & Helpful Staff

The location of this place is super convenient as it's right in the heart of the city. The staff here were really helpful which made our stay even better. The room was also awesome - it was a good size, nicely decorated, with air conditioning, and had a balcony, which was a nice touch. 🌟

Appreciated the location so close to the tourist attractions. We ordered lunch at Di Angolo Pizzeria, located so close to the venue.

We had a great stay at Villa Passage, which is excellently located on a main street. the lake and old city were just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus station was within a 20-minute walking distance. the staff were friendly and the room was basic but good value for the money. the room had a large size and we even had a terrace, which was amazing. the price was very friendly too. Despite a slight issue with a smell in the bathroom, simply closing the door solved the problem. it was a good stay. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

With its convenient location just 600 meters from the Ancient Theatre, we were able to easily explore the historical attractions of the city. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing environment for our children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. , we were pleasantly surprised to find that one child aged 0 to 2 years could stay in a cot/crib free of charge.

For dads, it would be great if House Passage had more child-friendly facilities, such as a designated play area or toys for the little ones.

We loved our stay here, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the lake and old city. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impressive, as were the hotel facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast at the nearby British pub, and the staff there were friendly too. We were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff, especially Vladimir, who made us feel very welcome.

Great location in the heart of the action, just meters away from the bustling streets and shops, and an easy walk to the main square and waterfront. Loved having two complementary drinks in the room upon arrival and appreciated the friendly service from the staff. the room was tidy and had all the basic conveniences we needed for our weekend getaway.

The noise level from the neighboring street was unbearable, even with the windows closed and earplugs. the outdated plumbing made for a shower experience that left much to be desired, with water pressure that was inconsistent and lukewarm at best.

Wow! Our thanksgiving was fantastic. We enjoyed two full days of exploring the beautiful location. Our hotel was situated in a prime location which allowed us to easily access the lake and other places. We were also impressed with the hotel’s facilities that included a casino near it. The staff was friendly and they provided us with excellent service that left us feeling at home.

Our room had some issues, including stained sheets and blocked showers. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and also, there were some toiletries bottles that appeared to be used.
